Beth Mead signs for Manchester City from Arsenal

Manchester City have confirmed the permanent signing of England international Beth Mead on a three year deal. The 31-year-old joined City after leaving Arsenal as a free agent. Mead will wear the number seven shirt for the 2026/27 Barclays Women’s Super League Campaign.

Mead spent nine years at Arsenal, made over 260 appearances and scored 86 goals. Winning one WSL title, three League Cups, one Champions Leagues and one Champions Cup.
