Alessia Russo signs a new contract with Champions League Winners, Arsenal

Arsenal FC Women have announced that England international forward Alessia Russo has signed a new long-term contract with the club. The extension, confirmed on the eve of the 2025–26 Women’s Super League (WSL) season, underscores Russo’s integral role in Arsenal’s attacking lineup and her commitment to the club’s ambitions.

Since joining Arsenal in July 2023 on a free transfer from Manchester United, Russo has made a significant impact, scoring 36 goals in 72 appearances. In the previous WSL season, she shared the Golden Boot with Khadija Shaw, netting 12 goals in 21 league matches.
