This morning, Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Australian winger Hayley Raso has left the club, completing a permanent transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Raso joined Spurs in August 2024 and featured in 16 matches over the course of the season, providing pace, creativity, and versatility on the flanks. Despite a relatively short time at the club, she made her mark with her energetic performances and international experience.
The 30-year-old brings a wealth of experience as well as on the international stage with the Matildas. Her move to Frankfurt represents the next step in her career, as she aims to continue developing at a high level in one of Europe’s top leagues.
Spurs have expressed their gratitude to Raso for her contributions, wishing her success in Germany as she embarks on this new chapter.
Her departure leaves a noticeable gap in Spurs’ attacking options, particularly on the wings, where Raso’s direct running and ability to create chances were key assets. The club will now need to look internally or in the transfer market to find a player capable of maintaining that level of width and threat, especially as Tottenham aims to build momentum in the Women’s Super League for the 2025–26 season.
