Gale kicked off her career at Charlton Athletic U21 to Arsenal U21, finally making the first team in the 2025/26 season. She signed her first professional contract in July 2025, however she has still not made an appearance for the club's senior team.

Instead, we have seen her make many appearances for many other clubs she has been loaned out to. As of now she has made appearances for Watford, Portsmouth and Bristol City. She made a significant impact at Watford during her loan spell, gathering 7 goals and 5 assists in 21 appearances across all competitions. She quickly became a key player and was vital in their attack.

Gale spent half a season on loan with Portsmouth which led her to score 5 goals in 15 appearances.

Her most recent and current loan spell is at Bristol City where she is shining the most.

Jessie Gale was recalled from her loan at Portsmouth by parent club, Arsenal on the 9th January. Following her recall she has recently been sent on loan to Bristol City. During her brief period of time here so far, she has made a massive impact n their attacking presence leading to more goals being netted.

She currently has four appearances for the club and has scored twice, which her first goal came against Nottingham Forest on her debut for the club. Her second came against Sunderland, Sophie Ingle assisted both goals.

Recent games show she is in good attacking form, contributing goals in important matches and helping Bristol City support a competitive league position.

This season so far, Jessie has scored a total of 7 goals in the WSL2 varying in two different clubs. This makes her one of the leagues current top goal scorers, and it does not look like she is stopping anytime soon.
