Netherlands drew against Poland in a tough match that ended 0-0

Netherlands started the brighter of the two sides, with Lineth Beerensteyn right-footed shot went high of the post. Polands best chance came in the 29th minute when Nadia Krezyman right-footed shot missed the goal.

Netherlands began the second half strongly and forced a block in the 48th minute, but Poland was trying to push for the opening goal. In the 60th minute, Lize Kop saved Nadia Krezyman's right-footer shot. Despite both teams trying to get a goal, no team could find the back of the net.
"I saw a rather mediocre performance from Oranje, this will need time." - said Arjan Veurink.
"We need to have a lot of patience and stay calm in our attacking play. The girls knew how to carry out their tasks." - said Nina Patalon's.
Neither side could find a breakthrough as Poland and the Netherlands played out a hard-fought draw. Despite late chances for both teams, the score remained level at full time. The result keeps the Netherlands near the top of the group, while Poland remain firmly in the mix. With plenty of football still the be played, everything is still up for grabs.
