Starting off week 3 of the January transfer window, 26 year old goalkeeper Lize Kop signed with Tottenham Hotspur after departing from Leicester City until 2028.
The Dutch international played only 10 Women's Super League matches with Leicester City acting as a deputy to their other goalkeepers.
Kop has made her Women's Super League debut for Tottenham Hotspur against her former club as they played each other on the 19th of January at the Gaughan group stadium, London. Lize Kop kept a clean sheet against The Foxes.
20 year old Louna Ribadeira has joined Everton on loan until the end of the season from Chelsea. The French international joined Chelsea on a four year deal last summer after she departed from Paris FC.
She was awarded the Division 1 Feminine Young player of the year for the 2023/24 season where she made 24 appearances along with 8 goals.
On the 18th of January, Manchester City announced the signing of Japanese midfielder Aemu Oyama from Waseda until 2027.
The 20 year old is a young talent after featuring in Japan’s U20 World Cup campaign and is highly likely to continue to excel.
Also on the 18th, Crystal Palace signed 25 year old Clarissa Larisey from BK Hacken until 2027. The Canadian forward had 25 appearances with BK Hacken, including 20 goals.
Arsenal, PSG, and Manchester City have shown interest in Kerolin after her departure from NC Courage.
The forward has gained 45 caps for the Brazil senior team scoring 6 goals. And, last year, she was awarded a silver medal in the Paris Olympics.
It has also been rumoured that Chelsea, Arsenal, and Lyon have shown interest in 24 year old defender Naomi Girma from San Diego Wave.
She was described by Emma Hayes as “the best defender I’ve ever seen.” ESPN also report that if Chelsea end up signing her, it may be the first $1 million deal in Women’s football history and a record breaking deal.
On top of that, she holds 29th on FourFourTwo’s 50 best current player list,
