Playing Style -

Jenna Clark is a Morden, all-round centre-back who brings balance on both sides of the ball. Defensively solid, she reads danger well and uses her strength and positioning to shut down opposition attacks. Comfortable on either foot, she plays with composure in possession and passes with accuracy from the back. A real threat from set pieces, she contributes valuable goals and provides an added attacking dimension, making her a dependable presence in defence and a weapon in the opposition box.

Jenna Clark's strengths include her composure on the ball and ability to stay calm under pressure, which allows her to play out from the back with confidence. She has an impressive passing range that helps her progress, play effectively and initiate attacks from deep. Her commitment to pressing and her strong work rate make her a reliable defensive presence, while her vision enables her to link defence with midfield cleanly, ensuring her team moves up the pitch with control and purpose.

Jenna Clark's weaknesses include occasionally being caught out of position when stepping forward, which can leave space in behind. She can also be lesseffective in aerial duels compared to other centre-backs and there are still areas of her decision-making in advanced positions that can develop further.

While none of these issues undermine her overall consistency, they remain aspects of her game with room for growth.

Jenna Clark prefers playing as a left-sided centre-back, either in a back four or on the left of a back three. She's also comfortable stepping into midfield in hybrid build-up roles that make use of her composure and passing ability. She has made 46 appearances for Liverpool, registering 3 goals and 1 assists to date and has received 4 yellow cards. She won four league titles in the Scottish Women's Premier League, she also won the Scottish Women's Cup with Glasgow City.

"First and foremost, she's a great defender, comfortable playing off both feet, but she's a threat in the box." - said Matt Beard.
